Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based in Kell's 20 Old Green Road
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have limited parking on-site. 
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6:am-7:am 9:30am and 4:30pm-7:30pm. Saturdays 6:45am–10am. 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-60 minutes long. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Monday at 7:40pm. 
Q: What's included? 
You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and body scans. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The beginners challenge is currently £247.
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level. 
Q: What if it doesn't work for me?
